🔍 Product Description
Sikalastic 110 is a one-part, water-based polyurethane bituminous waterproofing coating designed to form a highly elastic, seamless and crack-bridging membrane after curing. It is supplied ready to use and does not require the addition of hardeners or solvents.
Once applied, Sikalastic 110 cures to form a continuous flexible membrane that is able to accommodate normal structural movement, vibration, and hairline cracking in concrete substrates. Because it is liquid-applied, the membrane has no joints or overlaps, reducing common leakage risks associated with sheet systems.
This product is intended for concealed waterproofing applications and must be protected by screed, tiles, or other coverings after curing. Contact Us

🏬 Storage Conditions
Store in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Protect from direct sunlight.
🛠️ How to Use Sikalastic 110 (Clear & Simple)
🧹 1. Surface Preparation
Concrete must be minimum 28 days old
Substrate must be sound, clean, and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance, coatings, and loose material
No standing water allowed
Substrate moisture content must be ≤ 6%
Substrate must not have rising moisture
🧴 2. Priming Layer
Dilute Sikalastic®-110 with 1 part clean water
Mix gently until uniform
Apply evenly by roller, brush, or spray
Typical consumption: ~0.2 kg/m²
Allow primer to dry before coating
🖌️ 3. Standard Coating System
First coat:
Undiluted Sikalastic®-110
Consumption: ~0.65 kg/m²Second coat:
Undiluted Sikalastic®-110
Consumption: ~0.65 kg/m²
Ensure each layer is fully dry before applying the next.
🧵 4. Reinforced Coating System (When Required)
Used for areas with higher movement or crack risk:
Apply first coat of Sikalastic®-110
Embed Sika® Reemat® Premium-120 into the wet coating
Ensure overlaps (minimum 50 mm)
Apply additional coats to fully encapsulate the reinforcement
⏱️ Curing & Overcoating
⏳ Minimum curing time:
48 hours at +25 °C before overlaying with cementitious screed
⏳ Recoating time:
Observe minimum and maximum waiting times between coats as specified
Curing time may vary depending on temperature, humidity, and ventilation.

Protect applied material from rain before full cure
Do not allow ponding water between coats
